Hello, I'm Keisha, an artist, and tutor with over 10 years of experience. I have a degree in Fine Arts and enjoy helping others discover and improve their drawing abilities. Art is a skill anyone can learn. All you need is the fundamental knowledge and focused practice to become a proficient artist. That is what I offer my students.

Or want to learn how to draw for the very first time. Or are beginning again after a long break. I can help you develop your skills and confidence as an artist.

Together we will unravel the basic concepts and essential practice every artist needs to learn, and examine the art creation process. This will allow you to draw anything you see or can imagine. I look forward to working with you and helping you discover the joy of creating art!

WHO IS THIS FOR: Anyone 8+ years or older that wants to learn, with or without prior drawing experience.

THE INITIAL SESSION: The aim of the initial session is to create a plan for your art development and set goals. Before the initial session you will send me some of your current artwork for review and some samples of the type of art you would like to make. If you don't have any previous artwork you will create one which will serve as your baseline drawing. You can send those to mail@keishasalmon.com.

During the first session we will examine the work you submitted and the type of art you would like to create and make a roadmap of study to reach your artistic goals. The roadmap will let you know the path you need to take so you are not guessing and wasting time searching on the internet.

Initial Session Rate $15/30 min 

SINGLE STANDARD SESSIONS - During the standard sessions, we put the plan we develop during our initial session into action and begin learning the principles that will help you accomplish your goals. This will involve learning new skills, which you will practice till the next session. We will also review the practices from previous sessions and note what needs to be worked on. Assignments will be given and due next session.

Standard Session Rate $19/30 min

STANDARD SESSION BUNDLES - Save by buying sessions in advance. This is the cheapest 1-on-1 option. If you would like a cheaper option check out my drawing club. Only choose bundles if you are committed to learning and have the ability to complete all sessions. Sessions can be split up or taken as a whole, up to two hours at a time. If you buy a session bundle only, the first session will serve as your initial session.

DISCOUNTS

Referrals: Whenever you refer someone who completes an initial session and one 'standard session' or have purchased a session bundle and completed two of those sessions, you can get a 50% discount on your next standard/bundled session purchase.

REFUND POLICY 

All sessions are 100% refundable within 24 hours of their scheduled start time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Sessions canceled with less than a 24 hour notice are subject to a 10% fee of the total cost of the session unless they are rescheduled. If they are rescheduled, then there is no cancellation fee.
